Salary: 125,000-135,000+bonus

Finance Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Provide actionable financial insights and decision support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to evaluate profitability, pricing, staffing needs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support investments and growth opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytics to support a growing organization.

Finance Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred; experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
