FINANCE NEW GRAD
Location: On Site in North Royalton, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the Finance New Grad:
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
- Maintain and update financial models, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- Research and identify trends, variances, and business insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives
Qualifications for the Finance New Grad:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis concepts
- Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in finance, accounting, or analytics preferred
- Ability to analyze data and communicate financial information accurately and clearly
