This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a target salary range of 100k-120k based off experience level
Top Responsibilities: Financial Analyst
- Lead financial reporting and analysis, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, Balance Sheet, variance analysis, and KPI insights.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling, supporting pricing, capital investments, and strategic decision-making
- Provide actionable insights through trend analysis and profitability assessments, identifying key drivers of margin and implementing forward-looking models to evaluate cost and pricing impacts.
- Support global operating plan execution and partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to implement BI dashboards and deliver comprehensive operational and financial reporting
Experience Preferred: Financial Analyst
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years progressive finance/FPA experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
