What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models used for pricing, investments, and planning
• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ongoing reforecasts
• Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting needs
• Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Partner with accounting and operations to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies
• Share insights and recommendations with leadership
• Support compliance with internal controls and company policies

What They’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
• Working knowledge of financial statements, including P&L and cash flow
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator comfortable working across teams
• ERP system experience is a plus
• MBA or CPA is a plus
