Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A:
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and business case development
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Drive process improvements related to reporting, planning, and data integrity
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and business case development

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization experience is a plus
