Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst
- Analyze financial and operational data to support business planning and decision-making
- Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses
- Identify trends, variances, and key business drivers while providing actionable recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Support the development of business cases and financial models for growth initiatives
- Contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools, processes, and analytics capabilities
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles for leadership teams
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance roles
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
