Financial Analyst
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + 15% KPI Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
• Monitor project budgets, labor costs, forecasts, and overall financial performance
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends impacting profitability and productivity
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare financial reports for leadership
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Partner with sales and operations teams on strategic planning initiatives
• Assist with job costing, dashboard development, and performance reporting
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends impacting profitability and productivity
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare financial reports for leadership
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Partner with sales and operations teams on strategic planning initiatives
• Assist with job costing, dashboard development, and performance reporting
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
• Power BI, Tableau, or dashboard-building experience preferred
• Sage 100 or Acumatica experience is a plus
• Construction, manufacturing, private equity, or project-based business experience is preferred but not required
• 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
