Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare organization in the Kingston, NY area, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making while partnering with leaders across the organization. Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership.
- Support month-end and year-end financial analysis activities.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
- Partner with department leaders to monitor performance against budgets and key metrics.
- Participate in the Workday ERP implementation, testing, reporting development, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Workday is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
