Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15120 (Hybrid – Open only to candidates located in the Pittsburgh area)
Salary: $70,000–$85,000

Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities

• The Financial Analyst will build and maintain financial models to support business decisions

• Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

• The Financial Analyst will prepare dashboards, reports, and financial presentations for leadership

• The Financial Analyst will partner with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and performance review

Preferred Qualifications of the Financial Analyst Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting

• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
