We are partnering with a dynamic, growth-oriented organization seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role offers a strong mix of financial modeling, reporting, and operational analysis within a collaborative finance team.

Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions

The Financial Analyst will analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

Prepare dashboards and reporting packages for leadership

The Financial Analyst will collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial reporting

The Financial Analyst will provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives
Qualifications of the Financial Analyst Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting

Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting

Ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
