Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to deliver impactful analysis and insights that guide strategic and operational decisions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles with detailed modeling and scenario analysis
- The Financial Analyst will consolidate and analyze financial results and KPIs across departments and present actionable insights
- Create and enhance models to evaluate performance, profitability, and financial trends
- As a Financial Analyst you will assist in preparation of board materials, investor reporting, and executive-level presentations
- Lead or support ad-hoc analysis related to new initiatives, pricing, capital projects, or operational changes
Ideal Background for a Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar roles
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Tableau or similar tools a plus
