Target Compensation: $120,000 – $170,000 base salary + leadership bonus
Key Responsibilities for the FINANCE DIRECTOR:
- Lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team while fostering a collaborative and professional culture.
- Partner with international leadership on financial reporting, strategic planning, and cross-border financial matters.
- Oversee legal finance, tax compliance, banking relationships, tariffs, and risk management initiatives.
- Drive ERP optimization and financial process improvements across the organization.
Qualifications for the FINANCE DIRECTOR:
- 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing and developing accounting or finance teams.
- Strong SAP experience (or comparable ERP expertise) and advanced financial reporting knowledge.
- Experience with international finance, legal finance, tax compliance, and cross-border business operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
