Financial Reporting Accountant
Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 base + 25% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Accountant:
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple entities
• Manage the reporting process from trial balance through financial statement preparation
• Review and oversee journal entries, top-side adjustments, and account reconciliations
• Lead audit support, coordination, and preparation activities
• Identify and implement process improvements within financial reporting functions
• Partner with cross-functional teams on reporting, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives
Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Accountant:
- 2 to 5 years of experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm
• Experience preparing complex financial statements
• Strong background supporting external audit processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting best practices
