Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:

  • Lead preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP
    • Own audited financial statement disclosures, including complex areas such as revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, and consolidations
    • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing audit timelines, requests, and communications
    • Research and document technical accounting issues, preparing accounting memos for complex transactions
    • Partner cross-functionally with global teams to standardize close processes and accounting policies
    • Drive consistency in intercompany accounting and reporting practices across multiple entities and regions

Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
  • Progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, or corporate accounting
  • Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 810, and other complex standards
  • Experience with multi-entity and/or multinational consolidations
  • Proven success working directly with external auditors and managing audit processes
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail
