Manager of Financial Reporting
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000

Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Financial Reporting:
- Lead preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Coordinate external audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
- Prepare technical accounting memorandums and support complex accounting transactions
- Review financial reporting packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and executive leadership on reporting requirements and strategic initiatives
- Research and implement new accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including a Senior Accountant
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across reporting functions
Qualifications for the Manager of Financial Reporting:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Active CPA required
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience required; Big 4 or large regional audit experience strongly preferred
- Financial statement preparation experience in public accounting or corporate reporting environments
