Financial Reporting Manager

Core Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Handle regulatory reporting, board materials, and call reports
- Oversee audit coordination and consolidated reporting across entities
- Manage and develop a small, high-performing team
- Partner with leadership on acquisitions and integration work
- Look for ways to streamline reporting and improve processes (tools like Power BI, Power Query, SQL, etc.)
- Get involved in broader initiatives where finance plays a key role
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager
- Active CPA
- Background in public accounting (ideally with financial institutions), or a mix of public + industry
- Around 5+ years in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting within banking/financial services
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
- Someone who’s comfortable making improvements, not just keeping things running
- Strong communicator who can work across teams and with leadership
