What you’ll be doing
- Lead the financial reporting process across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Handle regulatory reporting, board-level materials, and quarterly call reports
- Oversee audit coordination and consolidated reporting across multiple entities
- Manage and develop a small, high-performing team
- Partner with leadership on acquisitions and integration work
- Identify areas to streamline reporting and implement better tools/processes (Power BI, Power Query, SQL, etc.)
- Get involved in broader cross-functional initiatives where finance has a seat at the table
What they’re looking for
- Active CPA
- Background in public accounting, ideally with financial institutions, or a mix of public + industry
- 5+ years in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting within banking/financial services
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
- Someone who’s comfortable improving processes, not just maintaining them
- Strong communicator who can work across teams and with leadership
