FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst Role:
• Perform monthly financial analysis, including trend analysis, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Review and sign off on bank reconciliations
• Develop weekly reporting packages, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership
• Support quarterly board reporting by preparing financial schedules and performance summaries
• Analyze company spending trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units
Requirements for the FP&A Analyst Role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Power BI experience highly preferred
