FP&A Analyst

Location: Remote (Must reside in FL, GA, NC, or SC)
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 | Full-time

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple healthcare entities
  • Create monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for leadership
  • Analyze financial and operational trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and accounting, to deliver accurate insights and reporting
  • Assist with reporting requirements for the board, lenders, and private equity stakeholders
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business decisions
  • Contribute to month-end close analysis and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and visibility
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support on special projects as needed

Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, ideally within private equity-backed and/or healthcare organizations
  • Experience working with multi-entity organizations is strongly preferred
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Must be located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
