DIRECTOR OF FP&A
A growing organization is seeking an experienced Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis while partnering closely with executive leadership and key business functions. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic finance leader who can turn financial data into actionable business insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
- Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions
- Partner with senior leadership and department leaders on financial strategy
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis
- Lead and develop the FP&A function and drive process improvements
- Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial leaders
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- MBA, CPA, or other advanced certification is a plus
