RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FP&A MANAGER
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes as FP&A Manager
- Own financial models and ensure accuracy of reporting (budget vs. actual, KPIs)
- Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
- Oversee and mentor FP&A analysts, guiding day-to-day work and development
- Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations on key financial metrics
- Enhance financial systems, models, and reporting tools for better insights
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
IDEAL FP&A MANAGER PROFILE
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership
- Strong systems skills
- Proven ability to improve processes and build scalable reporting
