Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all accounting and financial operations for a successful and well-established service organization.
This is a highly visible position reporting directly to ownership and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full accounting cycle, working independently, and serving as a key financial resource for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations
- Perform monthly and year-end close activities
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Handle accounts payable and vendor relationships
- Complete bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports for ownership
- Coordinate with external CPA firms and banking partners
- Analyze margins, profitability, and financial performance
- Maintain accounting records and financial systems
- Support budgeting, reporting, and overall financial management
Qualifications
- Previous Full Charge Bookkeeper, Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience managing accounting functions independently
- Background in payroll processing and account reconciliations
- Ability to collaborate with CPAs, banks, and outside advisors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
