Bakersfield | Immediate | Comp range $18-20 hour
We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to join our collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service, IT support, and solving technical challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues with computer systems and software
- Monitor and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Guide customers through problem-solving with clear communication
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware as needed
- Follow up with users to confirm resolution of issues
- Run reports to identify recurring technical problems
- Document all incidents with clear, concise, and detailed notes
Qualifications
- 6 months+ of IT / Help Desk support experience
- Familiarity with O365 and Active Directory a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
