HR Administrative Assistant
Salary: $22-$25/hr, DOE

Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrative Assistant:
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR system data while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation coordination
• Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and tracking hiring activity
• Coordinate department meetings, training sessions, and employee communications
• Assist with special projects, reporting, and other HR-related administrative tasks as needed
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations through proactive organization and follow-through
Qualifications for the HR Administrative Assistant:
• 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably within Human Resources or a professional office environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service-focused approach
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
