ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations. HR ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The HR Administrator will monitor and respond to HR-related emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
  • Assist employees with questions related to benefits, policies, and procedures
  • The HR Administrator will support the development and communication of HR processes and standards
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system
  • The HR Administrator will provide general administrative support to the HR team

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HR ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Prior exposure to Human Resources through coursework, internship, or work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within HR
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
