Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

  • Serve as first point of contact for employees, delivering high-touch customer service
  • The HR Assistant will manage general HR inbox, phone line, and in-person office coverage
  • Support HR team with onboarding, scheduling, calendar management, and engagement initiatives
  • The HR Assistant will contribute to department-wide projects, events, and new process rollouts

Must-Have Skills/Experience for the HR Assistant:

  • HR Assistant must have a high school diploma
