Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and employee documentation
- Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Assist employees with basic HR-related questions in both English and Spanish
- Help coordinate trainings, meetings, and HR events
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
