Key Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and other HR-related administrative duties.
  • Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or a related role.
  • Experience processing payroll and supporting employee benefits programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of payroll practices, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Up to $60,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO
