What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and hiring activities
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data accuracy
- Support benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation
- Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, and workplace issues
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms and employee record management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
