Key Responsibilities for the HR & Recruiting Specialist:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for construction, project management, field, and administrative roles
    • Manage onboarding, orientation, safety documentation, and new-hire processes
    • Partner with operations and project teams to support workforce and hiring needs
    • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, compliance documentation, and personnel files
    • Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and training initiatives
    • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience

Qualifications for the HR & Recruiting Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 1–3+ years of HR, recruiting, or operations experience within construction, general contracting, or a related industry
    • Experience recruiting construction professionals, skilled trades, or field personnel preferred
    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, benefits administration, and employment compliance processes
