HR Generalist

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a key HR presence at the plant and support a workforce of 120+ employees.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Leave management and HR compliance
- Assist with payroll and timecard review
- Support employee engagement and performance management
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing HR experience required
- Strong employee relations and recruiting background
- Experience with leave administration
- HRIS experience; ADP is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
