HR Generalist
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000+
Location: Orlando, FL (Fully Onsite)
Must be local to the Greater Orlando area

Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees
- Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment activities
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate workers’ compensation, leave administration, and related employee support programs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS
- Utilize ADP for HRIS and payroll-related functions
- Support payroll processes and employee status changes
- Coordinate onboarding, employee transitions, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR procedures
- Maintain HR reports, employee data, and tracking through Excel
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and HR-related concerns
- Partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce matters
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational effectiveness
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration and employee relations required
- Experience supporting workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Manufacturing, light industrial, or similar workforce experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting an organization with 300+ employees preferred
- ADP experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills and experience maintaining HR reporting and employee data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion handling confidential information
- Demonstrated career stability and strong tenure history
- Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Orlando, FL
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
