Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees
  • Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment activities
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate workers’ compensation, leave administration, and related employee support programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS
  • Utilize ADP for HRIS and payroll-related functions
  • Support payroll processes and employee status changes
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee transitions, and terminations
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR procedures
  • Maintain HR reports, employee data, and tracking through Excel
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and HR-related concerns
  • Partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce matters
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational effectiveness

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

  • 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration and employee relations required
  • Experience supporting workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Manufacturing, light industrial, or similar workforce experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting an organization with 300+ employees preferred
  • ADP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and experience maintaining HR reporting and employee data
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion handling confidential information
  • Demonstrated career stability and strong tenure history
  • Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Orlando, FL
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
