HR Generalist

Location: South Windsor (On-Site)
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

An established and rapidly expanding company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to play a key early role in supporting organizational growth, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who that is looking for a future seat at the table. You’ll partner closely with leadership, support employees across the organization, and help strengthen the foundation for future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire integration programs
  • Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Help drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Support workforce planning and organizational growth efforts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
