HR Generalist
Location: St. Petersburg, FL

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and HR support for ~400 employees across multiple locations
  • Own recruiting and onboarding efforts
  • Manage one direct report
  • Oversee training programs and compliance, including administration of the L&D platform
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and stay current on labor trends
  • Partner with leadership to enhance engagement, policies, and overall HR strategy

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

  • • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
    • Experience with HR systems (Paycor ATS preferred)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
