HR Manager

Salary: Up to $115,000
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day human resources function for their growing team. This is a hands-on role that partners closely with leadership to support employees throughout the full HR lifecycle while helping foster a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers.
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with leadership on employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers’ compensation.
- Maintain HRIS records and personnel files.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Support compensation planning and annual performance review processes.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
