Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Specialist:
• Process and coordinate bi-weekly payroll activities and related reporting.
• Support employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinate recruiting logistics, interview scheduling, and applicant communications.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain HR records, personnel files, and employee training certifications.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR process improvement initiatives.
• Support employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist:
