Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:
- Run and complete employee background checks from start to finish
- Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and Excel trackers
- Prepare, print, and file onboarding and compliance documentation
- Support high‑volume hiring and orientation cycles
- Assist with benefits inquiries and serve as a backup for HR call‑center needs
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects and system improvements as needed
Qualifications for the HR Specialist:
- At least 1 year of hands‑on HR experience (not internship‑only)
- Experience with data entry, documentation, and HR systems
- Comfort handling sensitive employee issues with professionalism
- Basic Excel experience for tracking and maintaining HR data
- Ability to work fully in‑office, Monday–Friday
