Location: Seattle, WA Onsite
Salary: $58,240 – $72,800 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:
- Process and track invoices related to HR, recruiting, and employee programs
• Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms and internal systems
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring manager schedules
• Manage new hire and employee documentation within HR systems
• Administer and track annual performance review processes and related communications
Qualifications for the HR Specialist:
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, HR administration, or related experience
• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or other HR software
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
