Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Business Partner:

• Maintain employee and temporary employee records within the payroll system.
• Process employee pay changes, deductions, attendance tracking, vacation balances, and leave administration.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and eligibility for insurance and 401(k) programs.
• Prepare required reporting related to government compliance, garnishments, child support, and EEOC requirements.
• Manage performance review schedules and communicate upcoming review deadlines to leadership.
• Provide backup support for weekly payroll processing.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Business Partner:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, employee recordkeeping, or a related office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with payroll systems; Paylocity experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee information and handle sensitive records.
