Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures
- Administer benefits programs, including 401(k) and profit-sharing
- Support performance management and employee relations initiatives
- Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and internal program development
Qualifications
- 1+ year of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growing environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
