Key Responsibilities:

• Lead administration of HR policies, programs, and compliance initiatives
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll processes
• Serve as a key partner on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Manage Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment claims
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, and documentation
• Support company-wide HR initiatives and engagement programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
• Strong background in benefits, payroll, and employment law compliance
• HRIS experience
• SHRM-CP preferred
