We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Human Resources Generalist to support a growing workforce delivering mission‑critical services to federal, defense, and civilian agencies. This Human Resources Generalist role focuses on day to day Human Resources operations -compliance, employee relations, benefits, and onboarding, while supporting modern recruiting and retention strategies in a regulated Government Contracting environment.

Salary – $70,000-$90,000

Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist

  • 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, including 1-2 years in a Government Contracting environment
  • Strong knowledge of EEO, AAP, FMLA, ADA, FSLA and federal contractor requirements
  • Experience handling employee relations
  • HRIS experience and strong MS Office skills
