Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager:

• Lead employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• Partner with managers on employee coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations.
• Manage benefits administration, leave management, and workers’ compensation programs.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR leadership responsibilities.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
