What You’ll Own
- Be the go-to HR leader for executives and managers
- Take charge of recruiting, workforce planning, and building talent pipelines
- Drive performance management, compensation strategy, and annual reviews
- Lead employee relations and culture initiatives across all levels
- Ensure compliance (OSHA, labor laws) without slowing the business down
- Jump into the trenches when needed—payroll backup, HR operations, and day-to-day support
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of HR experience (manufacturing is a big plus)
- Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Someone confident working with both shop floor employees and executives
- Strong communicator who can influence, push back, and build trust
- HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus
