Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + 10% Bonus

Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing
- Manage bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and other payroll activity
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee needs
- Develop employee engagement and manager training programs
- Identify opportunities to improve HR technology, processes, and workflows
- Support HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow
Human Resources Specialist Qualifications:
- Hands-on payroll experience required
- HR generalist experience
- Experience with multi-state payroll
- Strong knowledge of ADP, Workday, or another major HRIS/payroll platform
- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on responsibilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment
