Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock across multiple product lines
- Analyze inventory trends, usage, and forecasting to support purchasing decisions
- Create and manage purchase orders while coordinating with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries
- Track supplier performance, pricing, and lead times to improve purchasing efficiency
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy, purchasing metrics, and KPIs
- Partner with operations, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure inventory aligns with business needs
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve inventory turns, and streamline purchasing processes
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, purchasing, supply chain, or procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
