IT Support Specialist – Onsite, Nashville Area
The Opportunity:
A stable, multi‑location organization is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical resource for approximately 100 end users across multiple Middle Tennessee offices. This role offers autonomy, predictable hours, and the chance to own day‑to‑day IT support in a low‑chaos environment.
You’ll work closely with an external managed services provider for backend and security needs while handling hands‑on desktop, hardware, and user support locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support for hardware and software issues
- Set up, deploy, image, and maintain computers and mobile devices
- Coordinate with an external MSP for escalated IT issues
- Serve as the local point of contact for third‑party IT vendors
- Travel locally between nearby office locations as needed
- Support staff and leadership with routine technology needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands‑on IT support or system administration experience
- Ability to work independently without direct IT supervision
- Strong communication skills and comfort supporting all user levels
- Practical, service‑oriented approach to problem solving
- Valid driver’s license for local travel
Compensation & Details:
- Salary range: $55,000–$65,000
- Fully onsite role based in the Nashville area
- Standard weekday schedule
- Long‑term stability with potential future growth
