Key Responsibilities- Junior Accountant
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
- The Junior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- The Junior Accountant will assist with financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
- Ensure accounting activities are accurate and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Junior Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of accounting experience, including internships or relevant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience preparing account reconciliations and supporting month-end close activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
