A well-established organization in the Fresno area is seeking a Junior Analyst to join its growing finance team. Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform budget vs. actual analysis and identify variances
- Assist with financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports for leadership
- Post journal entries and support month-end close
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (Associate degree considered)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or strong internship background
- Proficient in Excel with solid analytical skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
