What You’ll Do

• Take the lead on IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements
• Support and maintain network, server, data center, and site technology environments
• Participate in the full lifecycle of IT solutions, including planning, design, deployment, support, and optimization
• Provide advanced technical support across networks, systems, telecommunications, and applications
• Help ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of critical systems
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and serve as a resource to other team members
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve technology and IT operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional IT experience
• Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft technologies
• Strong networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience taking ownership of technical projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
